As a follow up to the Make Contact module the Five Questions module is a simple module that enables you to conduct a survey asking just five questions. You can assign an intro, thankyou and error message as well as the height and width of the boxes for the answers. It is not possible to unpublish the text areas at this stage so regardless of how many questions are being asked there will still be five boxes shown in the module.

Gig Submit is a simple form to take email bookings for gigs and events - thats why we've called it Gig Submit.

This is a simple email form for you to load into a modulerather than using the Core Joomla Contact component. Just enter the emailaddress and message title in the backend (as well as your introduction text, success anderror message) and publish the module and you have a very simplecontact form.
