    The premium support service can be used for support requests that do not fall into our normal support criteria when supporting our templates. This request may include customisation of a template or extension, integration of a third party component into an existing service or help with a third party extension.     Support is purchased in blocks of time and paid for in advance once the details have been confirmed and the quote has been accepted.

    The minumum block of time available is one hour.

    The hourly rate for premium support is $80 USD.

    Support requests can generally be handled within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
