Hot on the heels of the release of the responsive One Page scrolling theme, the Motion template now has an option to be used as a one page scrolling template.
The new version of the template is pretty easy to use. In addition to the usual Motion setup simply set the One Page option under the general parameters and it transforms the Motion menu into a same page link scrolling theme.
There are a few other designs in our collection that might suit this functionality so keep an eye out for some future updates. Enjoy!

Im happy to announce the availability of a new starter theme called One Page. As you may have guessed it's a one page responsive theme based on our original Responsive Joomla template.
It's a minimal theme designed as a scaffold for you to create your very own one page design masterpiece.
In addition to the One Page template I have also released a new free Joomla plugin that makes adding css3 transitions to your Joomla content super easy.
Just wrap your text in one of the available tags and your text will animate into place. There are 35 available transitions but please careful, these kind of effects are best used discerningly.

I've just taken the wrappers off our latest Joomla template release and I really hope you like it.
Nebula is a business oriented theme that merges soft, blurry header elements with crisp lines and lots of white space.
It features a bouncy / css3 animated slideshow treatment of our Zentools module as well as a thourough integration of our stand alone responsive templates for K2 - Zenkit. Which makes this theme a truly versatile template to build your next Joomla template with.

One of the complexities joys of operating an international business is keeping tabs on the cross border currency conversion and conversion rate costs. Last year we moved to selling our services in Australian dollars in order to ensure we could keep our subscription costs low - Paypal charges some pr…

Sorry for the pun but I couldn't resist ...
The Moments template started out as a template design reminiscent of the Platform Joomla template we released last year, but the more I worked with it, the more it grew into something with a whole lot more potential.

Masonry tiled layout
The front page of the demo features a pinterest-like masonry-driven flexible grid layout but if you dig deeper into the demo you will see that we packed a lot more into this neat little design.

After the re-release of the Vision Joomla template last week I thought I would take another stroll down memory lane and update the MaxBiz template. We originally released MaxBiz in the middle of 2008 and while it was a pretty straight forward theme with relatively limited functionality and colour schemes it proved to be quite a popular choice for folks looking for a versatile Joomla Business template.

MaxBiz2 retains the simple elegance of the original design but adds a lot more control over the layout and visual styling. While I'd still class this design as somewhat of a starter theme (like our Zen Building Block series) there is a lot more that can be done with this theme straight out of the box. It's midway between a skeleton and one of our full releases so I think it will suit those of you looking for a Joomla template with a bit of class but is not visually overwhelming.

As I mentioned yesterday when I released the update to Responsive I am often surprised by how popular our simpler themes are. Vision was first released in 2008 and it was one of my early themes that caused a bit of a stir - I know it's hard to imagine that happening now but hey, that was 2008.
So the reVision of 2013 retains the simplistic design but has a lot more power under the hood.
It comes with the standard T3 features such as:

The first Joomla template for us (and most of the Joomla world) to kick off the whole responsive thing is now available as a Joomla 3 template. We released Responsive back in October 2011 and despite it's simplicity it has proved to be one of our most popular Joomla templates to date.

I can't tell you how excited I am about this release and not just because it's a killer design - Motion is the first theme in the history of the club that we have released ahead of schedule. Seems like we worked overtime this month with the release of Arcadia, Blankoshop and the update of Koan to Joomla 3 Template compatibility but it doesn't mean we cut any corners with this release.
Motion is an elegant implementation of that now ubiquitous parallax scrolling effect that has been in vogue this year, last year and perhaps even the year before. Our members over the last year or so have often requested a bamboo styled parallax theme and while I've been reluctant to jump on that wagon I'm really happy that I did. Motion, in my opinion, is an example of how parallax can be implemented in a simple and subtle way.
Motion gives you the ability to specify the background images easily via the template admin as well as control the relative scroll speed of each panel. Be careful though because adjusting the parallax effect can prove to be addictive.
Other features at a glance:
Plus all of the usual powerful T3 features:

Hot on the heels of the release of the Arcadia template a few days ago, I have just released a new starter theme for Virtuemart.
Blankoshop is based on the Blanko template we released last September, and it's our first foray into the world of Virtuemart templates for quite some time.
It's a clean and minimal Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3 responsive template that we created for you to use as a fresh starting point for your next ecommerce masterpiece ... Or for those of you that like to keep things a little more zen, Blankoshop is a pretty, minimal Joomla template with a ton of white space and powerful features under the hood.
Blankoshop is built on the T3 framework which provides some awesome features like a draggable interface, powerful theme options via Theme Magic and a versatile Mega menu.
Features Download Live Preview
In addition to this I've also released a css reset file for Virtuemart that can be used in any of our existing themes. Zen mart softens a lot of the rough edges of Virtuemart and makes Joomla's favourite ecommerce solution look beautiful across all of our Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3 templates - well almost.
Members can download the Zen Mart reset file now, but please ensure you read the installation instructions on the download page.

A few weeks ago I published the new demo site for Zenkit - our stand alone responsive K2 templates for Joomla - and also announced Zenkit v2 which comes with a tonne of new features.
I'm gradually going through the existing template base and adding their relevant Zenkit demos and so the next cab off the rank is the Arcadia Zenkit demo site.
If you missed the announcement yesterday, Arcadia is a beautiful new design created by Glenn Thomas aka The Fox and the King. It's a beautiful T3 driven theme with a stack of goodies under the hood - check out the feature page for more details.
